Automatic powder guns coating parts on a conveyor line

Powder Coating

Up to ten automatic guns, six-stage stainless pretreatment and a temperature- and humidity-controlled powder room for high-aesthetic production parts.

E-Coat

Nine-stage zinc-phosphate pretreatment and cathodic epoxy for full coverage on complex and welded parts. A contract line that takes outside work.

E-coat details

Pretreatment: phosphate washes, non-chrome sealers and DI-water rinses run in-house ahead of both lines, with complete wastewater treatment on site.
